Sensor at Moldovan Better Environment Conference, October 2016, Chisinau, Moldova

Slavo Spes, MSc., Executive Manager of Sensor was one of the key speakers at the conference talking about the environmental projects in Moldova.

The event has been held thanks to support from the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic and the Slovak embassy in Moldova.

Sensor at IFAT 2016, Munich, Germany, May 30 – June 3, 2016

Sensor was present at the biggest waste management exhibition in the world IFAT 2016 held in Munich from 30th May -3 June 2016.

As usual, Sensor introduced absolutely new technology as a result of its continuous development program – Smartank, the new way of building leak detection concrete tanks for liquids.

IFAT is the World’s Leading Trade Fair for Water, Sewage, Waste and Raw Materials Management, and is a place where visitors can find strategies and solutions for using resources in intelligent cycles in a manner that ensures their long-term preservation—with a great deal of success.

Sensor at International Conference Contaminated Sites, Bratislava, June 2015

Sensor’s Executive Manager Mr. Slavo Spes held a presentation called “Assesment Of The Environmental Burdens Using Geophysical Techniques” during international conference Contaminated Sites in Bratislava on the 28th of May 2015.

The conference was organised under auspices of the Slovak Ministry of Environment by Slovak Environmental Agency and was focused on legislative strategies, research methodology, risks analysis, remediation methods and new technologies around environmental burdens or environmental damage management.

Sensor is ISO 14001:2004 certified, Bratislava, April 2015

On the 10th of April 2015, Sensor has achieved another certification from ISO family.

ISO 14001:2004 sets out the criteria for an environmental management system and can be certified to. It maps out a framework that a company or organization can follow to set up an effective environmental management system. It can be used by any organization regardless of its activity or sector.

Using ISO 14001:2004 can provide assurance to company management and employees as well as external stakeholders that environmental impact is being measured and improved.

Sensor Achieves UK National Water Hygiene Acreditation, March 2015

Demonstrating their knowledge and competence in of hygiene in the water industry, staff at Sensor have received certification under the National Water Hygiene Scheme (NWHS).

Dr Vladimir Nosko, CEO at Sensor, comments: “The emphasis of the scheme is to promote excellent hygiene practices within the water industry to protect the public health. We are delighted to announce our key survey and installation staff are now competent in this important area and in the future we will be seeking more potable water projects.”

Sensor in FORBES magazine, August 2014

Sensor was asked to participate in an interview with the prestigious FORBES magazine. In the August 2014 issue of FORBES an 8 pages article was produced about Sensor describing the true story of its history and the path of its leak location services from conception in 1990 to the present day.

The story is about a geophysicists RNDr. Vladimir Nosko, PhD and RNDr.Tomas Gregor, PhD. who together founded Sensor 24 years ago and since have developed sophisticated geomembrane leak location systems.

SENSOR DDS – The Most Advanced Technology Award !

Sensor is proud to announce that its SENSOR DDS® systems have been awarded as the most advanced technology at Mongolia Mining exposition 2014 held in Ulaanbataar.

At the exhibition RNDr. Vladimir Nosko PhD. (Sensor’s CEO) and Slavo Spes, MSc. (Head of Operations & Marketing) met Mongolian vice minister Mr.Erdenbulgan Oyun from Ministry of Mining in Mongolia where they discussed implementation of geomembrane leak detection systems to Mongolian mining industry. ‘We want to protect our environment and we will do anything to prevent pollution of our country’ Mr.Erdenbulgan said.
